The Exhibitor Microsite page allows for a more content rich experience for the Attendee, providing Exhibitors the chance to share multiple resources, extended About and Contact sections, as well as an Appointment form, which automatically sends a notification when an Attendee reaches out.
There are many styles of Exhibitor Microsite pages available, and the design for pages within a single event can be customized to match varying levels of sponsorship. Exhibitor Live Chat information goes here, enabling Attendees to join a live video call with Exhibitors.
Exhibitors are responsible for scheduling a Live Chat meeting on the platform of their choice (Zoom, Teams, WebEx, etc).
An Exhibitor “About Us” section goes here. This is the Exhibitor’s opportunity to provide background on their organization’s history, goals, areas of operations and the like.
Exhibitors can also use this section to list Contact information for Company representatives. Exhibitor Contact information can also be included in the “Contact Us” section.
This section will contain external Exhibitor Resources, such as links to Whitepapers, PDF’s, eBooks, and pages on the Exhibitor’s website. Exhibitors can use this content block to highlight the content they most want the Attendees to see.
This content section will contain a Contact Form, which allows Attendees to reach out to Exhibitors for more information with ease. When an Attendee submits a form like the one found below, a notification email is instantly sent to the Exhibitor with the information the Attendee provided. An excellent way to foster real-time contact and conersation between Exhibitors and Attendees.
Exhibitors can also list their contact information (Name, Email, Phone Number, Title) in this content block.
